Home sweet home, or so it appears that way upon entrance to this large structure. The old Wengler Ave. School in Sharon, PA was once loved by many, as families had shared countless memories within the school. Sadly, all was ripped away by the wrecking ball in 2015. The school opened in 1927, with some renovations taking place in 1966.
Yesterday, during our trip through to Buffalo, we made a quick pit stop near Erie when we saw the remains of an abandoned trucker’s home! Upon entering, we found the location to be huge! Welcome to the quaint little town of Brownsville, Pennsylvania. This forgotten town residing in the rust belt is home to about 2,314 residents, and since the year 1983, seems to continue moving further and further downhill.
