There is a certain kind of feeling you can obtain upon entrance to an old home, left nearly untouched for years and years. This is a feeling that you can’t really get from any other explore and it is hard to perceive until you have experienced it for yourself. I hope that may photos do as well of a job as I would like them to in showing you these crumbling foundations. Seeing into the past, wandering what these people’s lives where, and how they lived. You are seeing exactly where that family had left, and peering through the looking glass, through items left behind. Through the burning summer sun, and the cold path from autumn as it transitions into the snowy winter, these homes go through hell as nature attempts to reclaim what we have left to sit.
